The soundproofing in my room was amazing - I am a light sleeper and I heard nothing at all - no doors banging, no water running and no noise from outside - lovely! The room was clean, the bed very comfy, the kitchenette had everything I needed - I was travelling alone for work and am not a fan of eating out alone, so got some food locally to heat up and enjoyed the some the bathroom was a good size and the water pressure in the shower was good. A decent breakfast is included, very reasonable. It's buffet style, all the usual offering - I didn't have any of the cooked food so can't comment but it all looked fresh and hot. Porridge was lovely and pastry was good. Location was good, 5 minutes walk from New Street. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was quite good although the spread was limited (eggs, mushrooms on 1 day, bread and related, hash browns, cereals, sausage, ham, fruits, coffee and juices). Location is about ten minutes walk from Birmingham new street train station, and near bus stops. We walked about 20 minutes to think tank museum (which is fun!), as there were some construction around the current train and for the future high speed rail. Train station has couple of malls with lots of shops and eateries! There were 2 hobs at the induction plate, and there’s good cooking facilities with microwave oven. There were free laundry and coffee making facilities at lobby level, making it a cozy stay.

Location near to New Street central station & shopping street; 3 lift to use therefore no need wait for too long; Spacious lobby mixed with Kitchen/ Breakfast area; 24hrs basic gym equipment available; free laundry room to use; Bedroom comes with kitchen w/ everything you need and it’s clean n tidy, even with dishwasher tablets; Bedroom size is okay for 2 adults; Own control AC and efficient to heat up/ cool down (no dust); Shampoo quality is okay; Breakfast selection was okay, fresh fruit n hot food available; the building is clean and tidy all the time; this is good location for short to medium long trip travellers.

Everything at Staybridge was exceptional 👌. First of all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The entire hotel from the entrance till the room is super clean. The room is confy,clean with a kitchenette. The breakfast also is good with variety of choices from cold and hot drinks, fruits, pastries and more. The free laundrette is a bonus. The location is really good, city centre just 2mn walk as well as the train station. Really nothing to complain about, I would highly recommend it and I definitely come back again. Do stay here you won't regret it.

A lot of thought had obviously gone into how to make the most of the space available, while ensure that everything needed to support longer and short-term stays was included. The breakfast spread was fantastic. The location was super central (just over 5min walk from New Street station and close to plenty of shops, cafés and places to eat/drink. Even the toiletries were nice.
